For New user :

Please go to download page to download the setup file.[link]

For installed user :  

Download and unzip controlpanel.zip. [link] 
Get the new controlPanel.jar to replace the old one under /myblast/bin.
Ready to use it. No need to restart server or anything.

open controlPanel -> Click Download

select files->Click start button.

wait until done.After all are done,it openes myBLAST DBmanagement page. 

controlPanel process column shows DB_id. It's MyBLAST DB_id.

Others are the same as before.
